Hot Toys 1/6th Scale Darth Vader zu „Return of the Jedi“: Vorbestellung gestartet

Neben dem schicken Die-Cast C-3PO wurde heute auch eine neue Darth Vader 1/6th Scale Figur für die Movie Masterpiece Series von Hot Toys vorgestellt. Die Neuheit kommt in zwei verschiedenen Versionen und kann ebenfalls ab sofort bei Großhändler Sideshow Collectibles vorbestellt werden.

Anlässlich des 40. Jahrestages von Return of the Jedi erscheint diese schicke neue Darth Vader-Figur als Standard-Version (MMS699) mit zwei austauschbaren Köpfen – einem mit dem ikonischen Helm und zusätzlich einem mit dem Antlitz von Sebastian Shaw ohne Helm und mit separat beweglichen Augäpfeln.

Zusätzlich sind insgesamt zwölf austauschbare Hände sowie zwei verschiedene Klingen für das LED-beleuchtete Lichtschwert enthalten. Auch das Brustpanel und der Gürtel und sogar die stylische Base verfügen über eine Lichtfunktion.

Für diese Ausstattung und natürlich viele weitere Details an der Figur selbst werden allerdings auch schlappe 300.00 USD fällig.

Wie eingangs bereits erwähnt, erscheint zusätzlich zur Standard-Version aber auch noch eine Deluxe-Version mit der runden Nummer MMS700. Diese verfügt über alle Features und das Zubehör der Standard-Version, kommt zusätzlich aber mit einer schicken Treppen-Diorama-Base und einer Erweiterung für die leuchtende Base. Auf dieser Erweiterung finden zwei austauschbare Helme Platz. Dieser ist aber auch nötig, denn die Deluxe-Version enthält außerdem einen dritten Kopf – ein halbtransparenter Helm mit blauem LED-Effekt.

Diese zusätzlichen Spielereien lässt sich der Hersteller schlappe 45.00 USD kosten, wodurch die Deluxe-Version auf einen Gesamtpreis von 345.00 USD kommt.
