Hierzulande vorbestellbar
Im Zavvi.de-Onlineshop sind die beiden neuen GameStop-Exclusive „Gaming Greats“-Figuren ab sofort zur Vorbestellung verfügbar. Sowohl Jedi Knight Revan als auch der Heavy Battle Droid sind für jeweils 30,99 € gelistet und sollen ab dem 30. März 2020 versandbereit sein.

Der GameStop.com-Onlineshop ist für uns Europäer zwar weiterhin gesperrt, durch die fleißigen Fan-Seiten weltweit gibt es nun aber weitere Bilder und Details zu den beiden jüngst aufgetauchten Black Series Jedi Knight Revan und Heavy Battle Droid 6″-Figuren.
Wie in den englischen Pressetexten bereits zu lesen war, basieren beide Figuren auf Videospiel-Charakteren. Jedi Knight Revan auf dem Mobile-Game Galaxy of Heroes und der Heavy Battle Droid stammt aus dem Video-Game Battlefront II. Und beide Figuren läuten offenbar eine neue Unterserie der beliebten Black Series ein – die sogenannte „Gaming Greats“-Serie.
Wie auf den neuen Pressebildern zu erkennen, haben die Boxen der neuen Gaming Greats-Figuren ein zusätzliches Hexagon mit passendem Logo auf der Frontseite. Außerdem haben sie ein neues, der jeweiligen Figur angepasstes Farbschema spendiert bekommen, bei dem auch die Charaktere auf der Box farbig gestaltet wurden.
Komisch nur, dass die jüngst veröffentlichten Cal Kestis- und Second Sister Inquisitor-Black Series-Figuren nicht auch zur Gaming Greats-Series gezählt werden. Immerhin gehören sie ja zum kommenden Video-Game Jedi: Fallen Order.

Im amerikanischen GameStop.com-Onlineshop sind vor wenigen Stunden völlig unerwartet zwei bisher unbekannte Hasbro Black Series 6″-Figuren aufgetaucht. Die Rede ist dabei von einem Jedi Knight Revan aus Galaxy of Heroes sowie einem Heavy Battle Droid aus Battlefront II.
